Meet your Coach: Jennifer Kaye
As a Quantum Coach, I bring more than two decades of study in positive psychology, career/personal development, and mindfulness practices to my work with individuals and organizations. My approach blends the principles of releasing energy blocks and frequency with modern psychological methodology. I have created a unique creative expression journaling practice designed to help people reconnect with themselves. This reflective process invites self‑exploration, personal ownership, and a deeper understanding of one’s life story.
How I Got Here
Three years ago, I hit a profound breaking point. After years of navigating high‑pressure leadership in healthcare—culminating in the extraordinary challenges of the pandemic—my body finally demanded attention. Burnout had taken hold. Panic attacks, anxiety, and a cascade of health issues made even the simplest tasks feel impossible. Getting myself to work became my only daily accomplishment, and even that came at a cost.
Traditional medicine offered pharmaceuticals, but I knew this wasn’t a long-term answer. So I began to turn inward and began a deep, personal study of anxiety, burnout, and the mind‑body connection. What began as survival evolved into a mission: to heal myself from the inside out.
My healing wasn’t the result of one singular method—it became a tapestry of approaches. I explored multiple modalities, examined my belief systems, and reclaimed parts of herself I had left behind, which included my art. In rediscovering my creative expression, I found a doorway back to wholeness.
Working as a Chief Human Resource Officer in a health department during the pandemic only clarified my purpose. I witnessed firsthand how systems meant to care for people could, at times, neglect the very humanity they aimed to protect. That contrast became one of my greatest teachers. It reaffirmed what I had come to understand: healing isn’t just personal—it’s structural, spiritual, and collective.
Through this journey, I learned that we are never as alone as we feel. We walk with guides, with spirit, with unseen support cheering us toward our soul’s work. The loneliness we inherit is not the truth.
Today, I bring this lived wisdom into my coaching practice.
I help individuals reconnect to the parts of themselves they’ve abandoned—often in service to work, expectations, or survival. My approach blends inquiry, intuitive guidance, creative process, and deep compassion. I do not offer quick fixes; I offer opportunities to a path back to self.
